On the 2nd of Nov. during the late afternoon hours Csts. Steve Taylor and Darcy Wall of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend the area of the 800 block of McIntyre St. E.
This call was in relation to a pellet gun having been fired at passing pedestrians from an open residential window. Two people had been struck with undetermined injuries.
The officers arrived at the scene and arrested a 13 year old boy and seized a .177 calibre pellet gun.
The boy is charged with Point Firearm, Careless Use of a Firearm, Weapons Dangerous and two counts of Assault with a Weapon. He is to attend court on the 9th of Dec.
