My point is to have a say in this matter of trespassers on his land, they argued with the owner...first strike...got aggressive with owner...2 strikes and destroyed his property for their enjoyment...final straw.

Suspend drivers license for a year, have courts make the culprits sign over all the property that they would use to transport their atvs...trailers, equipment and ban them from ever owning a recreational vehicle again for 5 years.

Sell off every piece of equipment and that money is used to pay for all damages, and if not enough money, they have to pay until bills are paid. Suspend their drivers license until all fines are paid, then invoke community hours.

They should have to help with repairs. If refused, then add it to there license suspensions and put liens against every piece of property they own.

The only way to deter trespassers is to take away the toys that they use. If caught on someone else's toys take those recreational vehicles away and also ban that person from owning another recreational vehicle again and fine the owners that let those people ride 100,000 dollars and up. If trespassing again vehicles seized and sold with no chance of fighting in court ever.

If you're caught on private land you are trespassing. Take the bad people out and others will take notice. Publish on front pages of all newspapers.

I'm betting a lot of people will think twice about ruining fun for other people to enjoy. Trespassers should pay for the damage they cause and put reward money, good reward money out and I bet friends will turn on their friends cause if more than one, they all go down and have their equipment gone and sold.
