To the editor:
Great, so what now??
If you put them in jail what then??
Great, they are off the streets, for now.
What are you going to do with them afterwards??
Turn them loose??
Why did you even bother risking your lives in the first place to take them off the streets when the system simply releases them.
Poor officers, the system is broken, it needs fixing.
The next time you see a police officer, cheer!
You're at least safe for that night.
Officers are bound by duty, not by choice.
Somebody has to do the dirty work we want no part of as a society.
Kudos. Keep up the good job.
