Skies today will be mainly sunny. Southwest winds will be 20 km/h gusting to 40 late in the afternoon.

Daytime temperatures will reach a high of 28 C but will feel more like 33 C when the humidex is considered and the UV index is 8 or very high.

Tonight we will see a few clouds early in the evening with increasing cloudiness after midnight then 30 a per cent chance of showers and a risk of a thunderstorm overnight. Temperatures will fall to a low of 16 C.

Meantime, according to GasBuddy.com,  the cheapest gas in the North Bay area can be found at Chester's on Highway 17 going for 97.7, while on the high side, the McKeown on Algonquin Avenue is going for 108.6.
