Your duties will include:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our current Ram/Jeep/Dodge inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase
• Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base
• Assist in setting up sale events and promotions
• Work with our Finance Associates to develop sales agreements that benefit the company as well as the customer
• Collaborate with our Sales Manager and Marketing Manager to offer attractive deals on new and pre-owned vehicles to interested customers
We require the following:
• High school diploma
• Experience in retail sales
• Previous car sales experience is a plus
• A valid driver’s license
• Customer service and negotiation skills
• Proficient with Social Media Platforms - Ability to post and interact with users and content
• Basic Computer skills
