The Garden Centre Sales Associate works in a fast-paced environment that involves constant interaction with customers to deliver friendly and courteous service while explaining features and benefits of lawn and garden products. This is a physically demanding role including unloading incoming nursery and garden center live goods, moving product around the garden center and loading customer vehicles with bags of soil, stone and mulch. The role also involves garden center maintenance (watering and caring for annuals, perennials and nursery stock), stocking shelves, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
This is a full time seasonal position with the option to stay on as a staff member in the winter months inside the retail store.
