Qualifications:
•Knowledge of construction practices and materials.
•Strong business and communication skills.
•Valid G license is mandatory.
•Strong technology skills in various software programs.
•Clear and professional communicator.
•Highly organized, careful about details and deadline-driven.
•Thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Support Site Supervisors by identifying suppliers that can reduce costs, placing material orders, organizing material deliveries, ensuring that they have materials and tools they need, and tracking progress to schedules
•Plan, organize and direct daily operations
•Attend site meetings and quality assurance checks when needed
•Qualified in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
•Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements
•Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates
•Over seeing details of design evaluations and obtaining permits
•Generate new business opportunity
•Plan and manage budgets
•Plan and prepare construction schedules and monitor progress
•Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
