Qualifications:
•Valid G license is mandatory
•Strong communication and organizational skills including oral, written and computer skills (Estimation programs, Microsoft Office and email procedures)
•Must have tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem solve
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
•Attend site to review issues at customer request. Provide required replacement/repair recommendations and pricing.
•Attend site meetings and quality assurance checks when needed
•Generate new business
•Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control
•Prepare roof inspections complete with reports
•Perform a key role in planning and implementing and improving current estimating process
•Communicate effectively with all personnel responsible for completing various phases of the project.
•Stay updated on current roofing material pricing
•Tracking of project schedules and ensuring projects are completed on time
•Ability to provide simultaneous support for needs across multiple projects in various phases
•Site visits/quality assurance checks
•Ensure that all quotes and reports are looked over and accurate before sending out to customers
