ADVISORY
The North Bay Police Service would like to remind the driving public that pedestrians crossing within an intersection have the right of way over traffic that is turning.

Our Service has recently received several complaints of drivers not yielding the right of way to these pedestrians. If convicted of the offence there is a loss of demerit points on a person’s licence.
