TEENAGER ASSAULTS MOTHER
On March 29 shortly before 8:30 AM a 14-year-old girl got into an argument with her mother within a North Bay home. The girl then slapped and kicked her mother, and Cst. Denis Levasseur of the North Bay Police Service was called. The girl has been charged with assault and mischief in relation to destruction of household property. She remains in custody pending a bail appearance.
BREAK AND ENTER
Between March 24-29 thieves entered the second floor window of an office in the Adult Learning Centre on High Street. A safe containing a substantial amount of money was stolen as well as keys to the building.
