Yesterday, following an ongoing and proactive online child pornography investigation that began in February and the execution of a search warrant, North Bay Police arrested Kyler Harley Brose

Man faces child pornography charges
 
Yesterday, following an ongoing and proactive online child pornography investigation that began in February and the execution of a search warrant at a North Bay residence, North Bay Police, working in partnership with the Ontario Provincial Police Technological Crime Unit, arrested and charged:

Kyler Harley Brose, age 33, of North Bay with:
Two counts of possession of child pornography; and
One count of accessing child pornography.

It is alleged that the accused downloaded child pornography files from an online peer-to-peer file sharing network onto two computers within his residence and watched them.

Police seized two laptops and a mobile phone, which will be further examined. The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
