Police Solve Break and Enters North Bay Police Service Patrol Section and Street Crime Unit have arrested 30-year-old Jason Brideau for a series of break and enters from downtown businesses from June 16 to 24.

North Bay Police Service Patrol Section and Street Crime Unit have arrested 30-year-old Jason Brideau for a series of break and enters from downtown businesses from June 16 to 24. Brideau is to appear in court this morning facing 15 break and enter and thefts charges, 2 attempt break and enters charges and 1 theft under $5000 Charge. The investigation is continuing.

Stolen Vehicle Strikes Five others


In the evening hours of June 27 police were responding to a call on Joseph Street where it was alleged several youths were rummaging through vehicles. Enroute to the call police received further information that they had now stolen a vehicle from the North Bay Mall parking lot. Upon attending in the Mall parking lot area it was learned the stolen vehicle had struck 5 other vehicles and the youths began to flee on foot. Constable Greg Dix apprehended one of the individuals after a brief foot chase and struggle. A 13 year old youth who can not be named due to his age will appear in court this morning charged with theft over $5000 and assault police.
