SEXUAL ASSAULT On the 14th of June shortly after midnight Cst. Mark McLeod and Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male individual in regards to a complaint of sexual assault.

On the 14th of June shortly after midnight Cst. Mark McLeod and Daniel Shepstone of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male individual in regards to a complaint of sexual assault.

This assault is alleged to have taken place at the beginning of June and involves a young girl.

Kevin TAYLOR 22 years old of Milani Rd. is charged with Sexual Assault and Sexual Interference. He is to attend court on the 25th of July.

BREAK AND ENTER


On the 12th of June shortly before 9 PM as a couple were returning to their home in the 800 block of lakeshore Dr. they saw a male inside their apartment. This intruder then fled via a back bedroom window.

It appears that the thief had entered via this same window.

He stole numerous DVDs , CDs, and a Super Nintendo with various games.

The intruder is described only as tall and skinny.



ALARM FRIGHTENS THIEF


On the 14th of June shortly before 2 AM officers of the North Bay Police Service responded to an alarm call at Churchills on Lakeshore Dr.

A would be thief had attempted to forcibly enter the restaurant but an alarm had frightened him or her off. A slight amount of damage was cause to the premises.
