Fight Leads to Multiple Weapons Charges
At 7:00p.m. 11 June North Bay police responded to a fight with weapons call in a bush area near Massey Dr. Investigation revealed that one man had threatened another and the two men agreed to fight. Friends and girlfriends got involved and weapons used by different people included a rock, brass knuckles, an asp, a knife, and a bat.

David Loken 32yrs of Bunting Dr was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, possession of a prohibited weapon, and possession of weapons contrary to a prohibition order.

Michael Fournier 24yrs of Oakwood Av was arrested and charged with uttering threats, assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace, and breach of probation.

Kara-Lynn Dorian 25yrs of Massey Dr was arrested and charged with 2 counts of assault with a weapon. All three persons are to appear in court on 16th July 2013. Csts Christian Elia and Merve Shantz are investigating.

Break and Enter
At 2:15a.m. on the 11June a jewellery store on Cassells St was entered by breaking into the residence at the rear, then into the office and store area. A display case was smashed and a quantity of gold rings were taken. Cst Greg Dix is investigating.
