VIOLENT PARTY
On the 1st of July during the evening hours it is alleged that a party took place within a North Bay home. It is further alleged that at this time 4 individuals were beaten up by several other party goers.
The victims were kicked repeatedly and one of them suffered a broken thumb.
All attended the North Bay Police station to complain.
On the 4th of July one of the alleged attackers turned himself in to police.
Luke CUTTS 20 years old of Massey Dr. is charged with Assault bodily Harm, Assault and Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.
Investigators are seeking one other male in relation to this incident.
