CARRYING ASP On Sept. 27 constables Richard Hampel and Alain Bedard of the North Bay Police Service spoke to three males walking on Third Avenue. One of the males had an ASP baton (collapsible metal club). He was arrested.

On Sept. 27 constables Richard Hampel and Alain Bedard of the North Bay Police Service spoke to three males walking on Third Avenue. One of the males had an ASP baton (collapsible metal club). He was arrested.

Rheal LAVIGNE, 22, of Fourth Avenue, in North Bay, is charged with carrying a concealed weapon, carrying a prohibited device and three counts of breach of probation. He is to appear in court today.

THREE FOR BREAK AND ENTER
On Sept. 27 during the afternoon hours it is alleged that three youths entered a home in the 800 block of Ski Club Road. They did so uninvited and were confronted by an occupant. The youths left and the occupant noticed that a purse was missing. Constables Joe Whitehead, Paul Brewer and Steve Trahan of the North Bay Police Service were called and located the three youths a short time later. The officers recovered the purse and some liquor also taken from the home.

Three 15-year-old boys are charged with Break & Enter & Theft, and Possession of Stolen Property Under $5000. They are to appear in court today, and Nov 10 and 17 respectively.
