Report of a Fail to remain

North Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the driver of a rusty forest green older model Ford Aerostar van, with roof racks and a broken passenger-side front headlight following a report to police of a hit and run that took place on McKeown Avenue yesterday afternoon.

A driver reported to police that at approximately 3:10 p.m. on Monday, September 22, a van hit his vehicle from behind in a grocery store parking lot on McKeown Avenue causing moderate damage. The driver of the van, described as a tall thin Caucasian male in his mid 30s, drove away without exchanging information with him.

Suspected Robbery

North Bay Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating two men, following a report to police of a robbery that took place on Herman Crescent earlier this morning.

The resident of a house on Herman Crescent reported to police that at approximately 2 a.m. on Tuesday, September 23, he witnessed two suspicious men in his driveway near his car. When he confronted them, the two men jumped him and demanded money. After the victim provided them with cash, the men ran away. Paramedics were dispatched to the scene to attend to the victim’s non-life threatening injuries.

One suspect is described as a 5-foot 7-inch Caucasian man, approximately 25 years of age, with a baby face and a heavy build, wearing a baseball cap on sideways at the time of the incident. The second suspect is described as a slim 5-foot 10-inch Caucasian man, approximately 25 years of age, with a sparse goatee moustache, wearing a dark hoodie pulled up at the time of the incident.
