15 YEAR OLD CAUGHT ON CAMERA On the 21st of Aug. at approximately 1:30 AM a young male was caught on camera trying to destroy it with bricks while in the new walkway between the downtown area and Memorial Dr. On the 6th of Sept. Det. Cst.

On the 21st of Aug. at approximately 1:30 AM a young male was caught on camera trying to destroy it with bricks while in the new walkway between the downtown area and Memorial Dr.
On the 6th of Sept. Det. Cst. Tom Robertson of the North Bay Police arrested a 15 year old male in relation to this incident.
He was charged with Mischief and Breach of Recognizance and is to appear in court on the 7th of Oct.

ON SCENE

On the 6th of Sept. shortly before 5 PM Csts. Ross Lingley and Kathy Robertson of the North Bay Police Service were in the process of taking a complaint of harassing phone calls from a woman. During this time the complainant received 3 calls from the suspect.
The officers attended the suspect’s address and arrested him.
James MULROY 35 years old of Jane St. is charged with Criminal Harassment and Uttering Threats and was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

BREAK & ENTER

Between the 5th of Sept. in the afternoon and the 6th of Sept. at 7 AM., thieves forced their way into Burrows Country Store on Third Av. W. and then smashed two cash registers as well as stealing cash from within.

STOLEN VEHICLE

Overnight on the 7th of Sept. it is alleged that a 1995 Chrysler Intrepid was stolen from the 100 block of Second Av. E.
The vehicle is further described as grey in colour with Saskatchewan licence plate # 796 EXY.

BREAK & ENTER

Overnight on the 7th of Sept. thieves forced open several coin operated washers and dryers in an apartment complex in the 100 block of Barber Av.
An undisclosed amount of coins were stolen. The apartment building was secured , however the laundry room was unlocked.
