Assult of Two Officers On the 2nd of Sept. Cst. Stacy Jackson and Joe Whitehead of the North Bay Police Service attended a North Bay residence in regards to an eviction.

On the 2nd of Sept. Cst. Stacy Jackson and Joe Whitehead of the North Bay Police Service attended a North Bay residence in regards to an eviction.

As one of the officers was speaking to the person being evicted he was suddenly struck to the mouth area causing some bleeding.

This female was arrested and brought to Police Headquarters. While in custody and being searched by a female officer, this same female kicked the officer.

Lori Yvonne DALTON 31 years old of Timmins St. is charged with 2 counts of Assault Peace Officer and Breach of Probation. She was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

Gun & Coke

On the 1st of Sept. it was discovered that two people in a North Bay residence had in their possession, a sawed off 410 shotgun and a quantity of cocaine. Cst. Al Bedard and Mike Hunter of this Service investigated the occurrence and arrested a teenage female and an adult male.

Christopher GERVAIS 30 years old of McIntyre St. W. is charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. The female is charged with Possession of Prohibited Weapon, Breach of Probation and Possession of Cocaine. Both are to appear in court at a later date.

The North Bay Police Service would like to thank the media in displaying the suspect photo re. the recent garbage bin fires at the Nipissing Mall on Lakeshore Dr.

On the 2nd of Sept a male turned himself to Police in regards to this incident.

Christopher HALL 20 years old of Cloverbrae Cr. is charged with Arson and is to appear in court on the 17th of Oct.

Threatening Phone Calls

On the 2nd of Sept during the early morning hours a man allegedly called a woman who was known to him, several times. During this period, the man also allegedly threatened the woman.

Later, that same day, Cst. Al Bedard and Randy Adair of this Service attended a North Bay residence and arrested a male in relation to these incidents.

Christopher VEGA of First Av. E. is charged with Criminal Harassment and Threatening. He is to appear in court on the 12th of Sept.

Threatening With Knives

On the 3rd of Sept. at approximately 9:30 PM a 16-year-old male walked into a local convenience store and was confronted by another male who produced two knives and demanded the teenagers hat. The teenager complied, and after, contacted Police.

A few minutes later Cst. Penny Kerr and Bill Gainforth of the North Bay Police Service arrested a man in relation to this incident.

Shaie WARNER 18 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Weapons Dangerous, Robbery, and 2 counts of Possession of Stolen Property. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.

Arrested for Thefts

On the 2nd of Sept. a man attended a local department store and stole a television set. He then left without paying and then attended a local grocery store and stole some food and once again left without paying. Cst. Matt Parker and Jeff Warner of the North Bay Police Service attended a local hotel the next night and located the man who was also in possession of a stolen vehicle from the Niagara Region.

Shane SCHULTZ 34 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with 2 counts of Theft, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation. He remained in custody for a bail hearing.
