Domestic mischief and assault with a weapon

The following is a news release from the North Bay Police Service:
It is alleged that on Nov. 6 2017 at approximately 2 p.m., the (male) victim and female accused were in a verbal argument while driving. The accused then kicked the vehicle windshield, causing it to crack and breaking the rear view mirror. The accused is currently on court imposed conditions not to associate with the victim. The victim drove to the North Bay Police headquarters to report the incident and subsequently disclosed that on the 19th of October the accused threw a cell phone at him, striking him in the head causing a cut.

A 25-year-old (female), of North Bay is charged with:

  • One count of assault with a weapon;
  • One count of mischief;
  • One count of breach of probation and
  • Breach of recognizance, 2 counts

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing
