WEEKEND Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 160 calls for service that resulted in 13 arrests for variety of offences that included; assault, assault bodily harm, impaired driving, breach of court orders, and intoxication.

Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 160 calls for service that resulted in 13 arrests for variety of offences that included; assault, assault bodily harm, impaired driving, breach of court orders, and intoxication.

ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM

On 19th Nov at 2:30 AM North Bay Police responded to a call of 2 males stalking a third smaller male in the area of Ferguson St and McIntyre St E. Two males were subsequently arrested walking out of an alleyway where an unconscious male with facial injuries was located.

Kenneth Echum 28yrs, and Devin Etherington 22yrs both of Manitou St are charged with assault cause bodily harm. They are to appear in court on 10th Jan 2012.

Csts Gerry Martin and Andrew Keating are investigating.

ROBBERY

On 18th Nov at 3:00PM a 26 yr old man was at a bus stop at McIntyre St at Fisher when a 5’9” heavyset male in his mid twenties approached and asked for a smoke. He was subsequently pushed to the ground and his wallet removed from his back pocket. The victim got up and ran across the street and then observed the suspect leave with a blonde female dressed in blue. Cst Barry MacIntosh is investigating.
