Lost Medication

Between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on the 21st of March, a woman lost or misplaced 5 - 75 milligram units of Methadone at Northgate Square. A small dose of this drug can be dangerous to children and it can also be dangerous to adults if a full dose is taken. Each unit is a bottle about the size of a juice box. Cst Marc Ethier is investigating.


Violent Scenes

Nipissing University students are filming a movie and there are some violent scenes that will be shot in public areas. These scenes will take place between 10:30 and 11 p.m. Tuesday March 25, at the carwash on Josephine St. and in the alleyway between Main St. West and the parking garage on McIntyre St. A third scene will take place on Wednesday, March 26 between 10:30 and 11 p.m. at the McIntyre St. parking garage. The North Bay Police want to advise the public not to be alarmed if they see or hear violent behaviour in these areas at these times.
 

Break and Enter

Over the weekend a trailer on a lot at 42 Lakeshore Dr. was entered. A window was broken and a 32 inch TV was stolen. This is the 3rd time this trailer has been entered and entries have always been on weekends. Cst Richard Hampel is investigating.
