Arson At 11:15 p.m. on the 15th July a cardboard box containing lighter fluid and dog feces was placed at the foot of wooden stairs to a Lakeshore Dr residence. A young man knocked on the door, then set the box on fire.

At 11:15 p.m. on the 15th July a cardboard box containing lighter fluid and dog feces was placed at the foot of wooden stairs to a Lakeshore Dr residence. A young man knocked on the door, then set the box on fire. Flames 3 ft high scorched the deck before the resident could extinguish the fire. Stephano Falletta 19 years of Lakeshore Dr was arrested and charged with arson. He is to appear in court on Aug 20th 2013. Cst Eric Krmpotic is investigating.

Obstruct Police
The North Bay Police have charged Jacqueline Kelly 48years of Oak St with public mischief and obstruct police in relation to the Luke Joly-Durocher missing person investigation. It is alleged that she misled the ongoing police investigation by falsely accusing another person of involvement in committing a serious criminal offence in this incident. She is to appear in court on Aug 20th 2013.
