Grocery Store Theft The North Bay police are requesting the media’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to a theft that took place on the 30th December 2013 at a local grocery store.

The North Bay police are requesting the media’s assistance in identifying a suspect in relation to a theft that took place on the 30th December 2013 at a local grocery store. The loss of the merchandise was minimal, but the suspect caused approximately $300 in damage to the front door as he fled the store staff who were attempting to stop him.

Video footage shows the suspect and the clothing he was wearing at the time of the occurrence. Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has any information about this occurrence is asked to Contact Cst Jeff Warner at 705-497-5555 or Crime Stoppers at 705-476 TIPS.

Child Pornography

Information received by North Bay Police from O.P.P. “Project P” revealed that in September 2013 child pornography was uploaded to Facebook profiles from a North Bay address. On 27th January, 2014, the North Bay Police and members of the OPP Child Exploitation Unit executed a search warrant on a Burns St. address, seized a computer and arrested Steve Landriault, 43 years. He has been charged with possession of child pornography, distributing child pornography and is being held in custody for a bail hearing. D/Cst Jason Long is investigating.
