Sexual Assault Arrest
The North Bay Police wish to thank the Media for their assistance in releasing this information to the public. We made the request to the media at 1:30 pm and the suspect was arrested at 5:05pm because of numerous tips we received. A 23 year old North Bay man has been charged with sexual assault and is to appear in court on Feb 12th 2013. D/Cst Roger Drolet is investigating.

Further charges
In March of 2012 Norman Baxter 78 years was arrested and charged with offences related to children and the internet. His computer was seized at the time of his arrest. A forensic examination and analysis of that computer has resulted in additional charges that include 1 count of possession of child pornography, 1 count of luring a child under 16, and 12 counts of luring a child under 18. He is to attend court on March 5th 2013. D/Cst Jason Long is investigating.
