THREATENING On the 6th of February, 2004 at approximately 10:00 AM a male approached another male known to him and threatened his life. Richard Hogan, 33, of Main street West, North Bay, was arrested by Cst.

On the 6th of February, 2004 at approximately 10:00 AM a male approached another male known to him and threatened his life.

Richard Hogan, 33, of Main street West, North Bay, was arrested by Cst. Long of the North Bay Police Service and charged with uttering threats and breach of probation. He is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

JOGGER STRUCK BY ICE

On Feb. 7 at approximately 9:30 p.m. a male was jogging on Tecumseh Street when he was struck in the face by what is believed to be ice, which was thrown at him by a vehicle driving by. The victim received minor injuries.
The vehicle is believed to be a dark green Dodge Shadow.

BREAK ENTER AND THEFT

Sometime overnight on Sunday Feb. 8, thieves broke into three apartment units in a building in the 500 block of Fraser Street. Once inside the thieves removed tools and a hard drive, and also used paint from the units and wrote on the floor, walls and computer monitor.
