SUSPICIOUS PERSON

On the 21st of Aug. shortly after 11 PM, Cst. Tom Robertson and Fernando Cirullo of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend on Main St. W. in regards to a suspicious male. The officers did attend and saw a male flee the scene on a bicycle. They eventually caught up to him near Ann St.

The man was in possession of break and enter instruments and was also wanted for outstanding warrants.

Robert HAYWARD 46 years old of Front St. was arrested for two outstanding warrants re. Breach of Probation, and Fail to Attend Court and was also charged with Possession of Break In Instruments and Breach of Probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
