TAXI ROBBERY ARREST

On the 17th of August 2013 at approximately 11:00 p.m., members of the North Bay Police Service arrested 27 year old Jason Racine of Wickstead Avenue in relation to the robbery of a Union Taxi driver that occurred in the early hours of the 16th of August 2013 in North Bay.

Racine has been charged with 1 count of Robbery with Intent and has been held pending a bail hearing.

MAC’S ROBBERY ARREST

On the 19th of August 2013 at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers of the North Bay Police Service Street Crime Unit arrested 32 year old Jonathan Robert Larocque of Earlton in relation to the robbery of the Mac’s Convenience Store at 617 Main Street East in North Bay that occurred on the 17th of August 2013 and in relation to the robbery of the Mac’s Convenience Store at 1146 Cassells Street in North Bay that occurred on the 19th of August 2013.

Larocque has been charged with 2 counts of Robbery and 1 count of Breach of Probation and has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
