Caregiver Charged
Fallon Cumming, 23 years of age, of Lakeshore Drive in North Bay was charged Monday with stealing prescription medication from an elderly victim.

Cumming was employed with a community-based health care centre as a personal support worker and was acting as such when the theft occurred.

Personal support workers like CUMMING are responsible for the domestic care and physical well-being of clients.

Cumming is to appear in court on September 11th 2012.

Domestic Violence Stats
During the week of Aug 7 - 14 the North Bay Police Service responded to 19 domestic related occurrences that resulted in 4 males being charged.

The males face a total of 14 offences that include assault (4), breach of probation (6), threatening (2), forcible confinement and mischief. All of the subjects were held for bail hearings.
