Possession of a Controlled Substance During the evening of the 23rd of April, police officers from the North Bay Police Service observed a male, walking on Worthington St. E., throwing away a small package from his hand when he noticed the officers.

During the evening of the 23rd of April, police officers from the North Bay Police Service observed a male, walking on Worthington St. E., throwing away a small package from his hand when he noticed the officers. Police examined the package in question and it was found to contain 1.6 grams of was police believed to be crack cocaine. The male was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Chris DURST 36 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
