ASSAULT, ASSAULT W/ WEAPON & CAUSE DISTURBANCE

On the 16th of April, a young person was arrested by police in the lobby of Police Headquarters for Causing a Disturbance by yelling and swearing. The mother had initially attended the police station due to problems she had been having with her daughter. Further investigation revealed that the mother had been assaulted by her daughter by being hit in the face with a purse as she was driving to the station and also back in January, where her daughter had struck her over the head with a phone. The young person was held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT

On the 16th of April, Cst. Martin of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male for Assault following an incident which took place on the 9th of April. It is alleged that the male shoved a female, who is known to him, outside the front door of his residence when she attended to visit with her daughter. The female victim later attended police headquarters to report the incident.

Darryl BABINSKI 30 years old of Marshall Ave. E. is charged with Assault and was held for a bail hearing.
