Trespass By Night On April 01 at 2:29 AM, Police investigating a complaint of a male individual attempting to gain entry into a residence on Welch Avenue in North Bay, captured a 19-year-old male in the area of Algonquin & Lansdown Ave. Cst.

On April 01 at 2:29 AM, Police investigating a complaint of a male individual attempting to gain entry into a residence on Welch Avenue in North Bay, captured a 19-year-old male in the area of Algonquin & Lansdown Ave. Cst. Adair & Marshall of the north Bay Police Service advise the male was running through the backyards of Burrows St. and Welch Ave prior to his arrest at 2:40 AM.
Jeremyah Berry of Martin Street in North Bay is charged with Trespass by Night and 3-counts of Breach of an Undertaking and is being held for a bail Hearing today.

Assault to Threatening Police

Four officers from North Bay Police responded to a complaint of a disturbance at the 300 block of Fraser Street at 9:29 PM March 31. It is alleged that a 40-yeaqr-old female struck a male with a door and pinched him in the face. Cst. Shepstone arrested the female and it is further alleged she threatened the police officer enroute to police headquarters.
Angela Foggo, of no fixed address in North Bay is charged with Assault & Threatening and is being held for a bail hearing today.

Police Car Damaged

A police officer responding to an emergency call at Canadore College in the north end of the city was involved in a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Algonquin Avenue and the North Bay Highway 11-17 bypass shortly after 6:00AM this morning. Extensive damage was caused to the Police car and no estimate of damage to the other vehicle is available. North Bay Ontario Provincial Police Accident Reconstruction Team is currently investigating.

Robbery-Laptop

Cst’s Moore & Warren of the North Bay Police are investigating a robbery that occurred in front of Marshall Park School, yesterday at 3:45 PM.
A 16-year-old male was riding his bicycle when two males knocked him to the ground and began kicking him in the head & face. They then stole his computer backpack containing a $1500.00 Laptop computer; the two males were last seen standing in a parking lot with two females near a Manitou Street residence. The victim sustained injuries to his face his back and received a chipped tooth.
The males are descried as: Both male/white, 5’8”-10” tall, normal build, 16-years of age. One male was wearing a beige jacket or pullover and later seen wearing a dark ball cap. The other male was wearing dark clothing. The females were described as short & thin with dark hair and have been seen in the Manitou Street area before.
