MISCHIEF
Over the last two weeks, there have been 3 different incidents where headstones at Forest Lawn Cemetery have been knocked over. Three or four headstones were knocked over on each occasion. When a headstone is knocked over it usually sustains some damage. Cst Merv Shantz is investigating.
DOMESTIC STATS
Over the week of Sept 11th to 18th the North Bay Police responded to 30 domestic related occurrences that resulted in a total of 14 charges being processed against 4 men and 5 women.
The males were charged with a total of, 3 counts of assault, 2 counts of mischief, 2 counts of breach of probation, and 1 criminal harassment.
The females were charged with a total of, 2 counts of assault with a weapon, and one count of assault, assault police, breach of recognizance, and breach of undertaking.
Two men were released on conditions with a court date and two were held for bail. Two women were released with a court date and three were held for bail.
