Follow-up investigation leads to further arrest and charges
Further arrests and charges have been laid by the North Bay Police Service relating to two Break & Enter into residences on Lavase Rd and Robarts Ave on May 4th and 5th resulting in one youth being charged with numerous offences. A second youth is now charged with two counts of Break, Enter and Theft and will appear in court at a later date. A third youth has also charged with two counts of Break, Enter and Theft along with one count of Breach of Recognizance and one count of Breach of Probation and was held pending a bail hearing.

Mischief
On May 15th at approximately 3:37pm, the North Bay Police Service attended a motel on Lakeshore Dr following a call received that there was a physical altercation taking places involving four males. On police arrival, it was reported that a male had allegedly broke a window and had fled the area. Officers searched the area and the suspect was located at a nearby licensed establishment where he was arrested. Daryl Horsman, 32 yrs, of Drury Lane, is charged with one count of Mischief and will appear in court at a later date.
