POCKETS CASH On the 26th of March Det. Cst. Jody DeHaas of the North Bay Police arrested a male person in relation to theft from his employer.

On the 26th of March Det. Cst. Jody DeHaas of the North Bay Police arrested a male person in relation to theft from his employer.
It is alleged that this person was in the role of a manager at a local Motel and that he was stealing the cash transactions.
Michael HEWITT 48 years old of McNamara St. is charged with Theft over $5000. He is to attend court on the 28th of May.

ONE FOR BREAK & ENTER

On the 27th of March shortly after midnight Csts. Steve Taylor and Vince Corrente of the North Bay Police Service arrested a man that was allegedly attempting to break into the Liquor Store on Worthington St. W.
Michael DUSCHESNE 18 years old of Wyld St. is charged with Attempted Break & Enter and is to appear in court on the 13th of May.

CONTINUES ARGUMENT

On the 19th of Nov. 2007 during the late evening hours it is alleged that two men were arguing within a North Bay home and that one of the men left. When he attempted to return to the home, he was denied access and he then kicked in the door and entered. He was convinced to leave and this matter was reported to Police at a later time.
On the 26th of March of this year Csts. Tom Robertson and Dave Wilson of the North Bay Police arrested a male in relation to this complaint.
Joseph RENAUD 45 years old of Highway 11 North is charged with Mischief and Forcible Entry into a Dwelling. He is to attend court at a later date.

ROBBERY SUSPECT ARRESTED

On the 26th of March Det. Csts. Richard Hampel and Scott McFarlane of the North Bay Police Street Crime Section arrested a male in relation to an alleged robbery that had occurred at Mr. Sub on Main St. E. on the 25th of March.
Jason GAGNE 34 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Robbery and Disguise With Intent. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

PEDESTRIAN STUCK BY TRUCK

On the 26th of March at approximately 9:50 PM it is alleged that a woman was jogging on Tower Dr. It is also alleged that a truck driving westbound between Little Down Lane and Airport Rd. passed the victim and clipped her with it’s mirror. The driver of the truck slowed down but then continued and left the scene.
The jogger suffered minor injuries.
Investigators are seeking a late 90s to early 2000s gold or light brown Chevrolet type truck, single cab with two occupants inside. It is thought that there might be damage to the passenger side mirror.
