On the 16th of March at approximately noon it is alleged that a man attended the home of another man within the city. It is further alleged that this first man went to the home to collect money owed to him and when he didn’t get a response at the door he then went to the side of the home to attempt to start a motorcycle. At this time the allegations are that the man who was inside the home came out with a shotgun and racked same. Shortly after Cst. Matt Parker of the North Bay Police attended and arrested a suspect in relation to this alleged incident. Mathieu LEBEAU 22 years old of Ursula St. is charged with Possession of a Prohibited Weapon (to whit a flick knife), Breach of Probation, Careless use of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. He is to appear in court on t he 3th of May.

BRAZEN BREAK & ENTER

On the 18th of March at 10 minutes after 2 AM it is alleged that a lone male entered a home in the 800 block of Rose Av. via an unlocked patio door. He then made his way downstairs where a young woman was sleeping.
The woman awoke to see this male then return upstairs where he stole a set of keys from a purse that was near the front door.
This male then left the residence. He is described as being 5’4 and was wearing very baggy clothing and a thin packsack.
