Woman charged with arson
On June 30, 2016 a fire was detected in a apartment complex in the 400 Block of Worthington Street East in North Bay. The North Bay Fire Department attended and entered a apartment where the fire had been started. An investigation then was started by the North Bay Police and subsequently charged Shelley Macumber age 48 of North Bay with Arson-Disregard for Human Life. She was held in custody pending a Bail Hearing. The building suffered extensive water and smoke damage.
