MAN WITH BAT

On the 12th of July shortly after noon a man attended another man's residence in the 200 block of Main St. E. and an argument ensued. This argument escalated to the point where it is alleged that the unwanted visitor began swinging a bat at the resident. A third party intervened and Cst. Barry McIntosh and Tony Corrente of the North Bay Police Service responded and effected an arrest shortly after. Chris DALEY 32 years old of Main St. E. is charged with Threatening, Assault With Weapon and Possession of Weapons Dangerous. He is being held for a bail hearing.

BREAK AND ENTER

On the 12th of July between the hours of noon and 3 PM thieves gained entry to a home in the 700 block of Lakeshore Dr. via a garage door. Once inside
the thieves stole a JVC silver coloured camcorder.
