ASSAULT
On Feb. 11 in the early afternoon a male person attended a local coffee shop and assaulted another male for no apparent reason. The victim was struck in the face and had a hot chocolate thrown at him.
Dennis Raymond Samson, 31, of Main Street West, North Bay, was arrested by Cst. Peter Brunette of the North Bay Police Service and charged with assault. He remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
