Domestic Violence Stats - March
The North Bay Police responded to 76 domestic related incidents that resulted in 30 people being arrested and charged with a total of 62 offences.
Males
Twenty-five males were charged with a total of 57 offences that included; assaults X24, assault with a weapon X1, utter threats X6, criminal harassment X5, harassing phone calls X1, forcible entry X1, mischief X7, theft X1, breach of undertaking X3, and breach of probation X8.
Thirteen males were held for bail hearings, 12 males were placed on conditions with a court date.
Females
Five females were charged with a total of 5 offences that included; assault with a weapon X1, criminal harassment X1, mischief X1, breach of probation X1, and breach of undertaking X1.
Two females were held for bail hearings, 3 females were placed on conditions with a court date.
