Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 209 calls for service that resulted in 11 arrests. Offences included assaults, domestic assaults, theft. Warrants, breach of court orders, and public intoxication.

Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 209 calls for service that resulted in 11 arrests. Offences included assaults, domestic assaults, theft. Warrants, breach of court orders, and public intoxication.

Thefts
An Investigation into a theft of percocets and a DVD player on the 25th Sept revealed a second theft of drugs and other offences in relation to the drugs stolen. Warren Stuart 40years of no fixed address has been charged with 2 counts of theft, possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in a controlled substance, breach of probation, fraud, and breach of an undertaking. Sgt Paul Brewer investigated.

Domestic violence
Two domestic occurrences over the weekend resulted in charges. On Fri 27th Sept a 25yr old man was charged with assault, choking and threatening. On Sat 28th Sept a 32 year old man was charged with assault cause bodily harm, and choking.

Break and Enters
On 28th Sept between 10a.m. and noon, two Judge Ave residences were entered. A 28”Ball Python snake and a Samsung Galaxy tablet were stolen from the first residence, and a 55” Samsung flat screen TV was stolen from the second. Cst Vince Corrente is investigating.
