PUBLIC MISCHIEF A female remains in custody this morning facing Public Mischief and Breach of Probation charges. Police were called early this morning in relation to a complaint of Domestic Assault involving a knife. Subsequent investigation by Cst.

A female remains in custody this morning facing Public Mischief and Breach of Probation charges. Police were called early this morning in relation to a complaint of Domestic Assault involving a knife. Subsequent investigation by Cst. Vicki Thisdelle revealed the allegation to be false.
Lolita FOX, 39, of McIntyre Street E, will be appearing in court later this morning.

THREATS AND MISCHIEF
On Friday, an incident occurred on McIntyre Street E where one of the drivers gave another driver the finger. This resulted in the other driver responding and following the other driver to his residence where it is alleged that the male driver booted the other car several times and smashed the mirror and threatened to cut the other driver’s throat. Police were called.
Robert Etches, age 33, of Brookes Street, faces charges of threatening and mischief.


DOMESTIC ASSAULT
On Sept. 25/04 in the early morning hours, a couple was observed walking down Premier Road arguing. The male was observed to assault the female and police were called.
Adam MARTIN, 19, of North Bay, was arrested and charged with domestic assault with a weapon and remains in custody.

BREAK AND ENTER
The law office of Clem Eggert at 477 Sherbrooke Street, was forcibly entered over the weekend by smashing the glass in the front door. The break-in was discovered on September 26. There was no loss and only minor damage.

MISCHIEFS
On Sept. 25, three vehicles sustained damage while parked unattended. Two were at the North Bay General Hospital and one was in the 700 block of McLaren St.

STOLEN TRUCK STILL OUTSTANDING
A 1992 Ford extended cab 4 X 4 red in colour Ontario plate YN1-133 was stolen from the area of the North Bay Mall, 300 Lakeshore Drive on Sept. 22nd, 2004. The truck has not been recovered yet.
