Weekend
Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 188 calls for service that resulted in 9 arrests. Offences included assault, domestic assault, impaired driving, drug offences, breach of court orders and public intoxication.

Street Crime
On Sept 21st at 2:00 a.m. a North Bay Police Street Crime investigation led to a vehicle stop on Lakeshore Dr. The occupants, 2 men and 1 woman were arrested and the vehicle searched. A 15 gram bag of marijuana and 69.9 grams of cocaine in 12 individual packets were located in the vehicle. An additional 6 grams of cocaine was found on one of the occupants.

A search warrant executed on a local motel room located an additional 8.8 grams of cocaine, 1.7 grams of crack cocaine, a debt list and a quantity of cash. Joel Edwards 20 yrs of Toronto, Nicole Fidani 39yrs of Toronto and Sandy Ako 20yrs of North York have been charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance and possession of property obtained by crime. All three persons have been held in custody for bail hearings.
