ROBBERY North Bay Police Cst. Scott Buchanan and Jeff Warner investigated an alleged robbery of cigarettes and beer that occurred on a trail near Tenth Avenue and Memorial Drive on November 4.

North Bay Police Cst. Scott Buchanan and Jeff Warner investigated an alleged robbery of cigarettes and beer that occurred on a trail near Tenth Avenue and Memorial Drive on November 4. A 57-year-old male suspect had been located at his residence on Stockdale Rd. Roger Faubert, of Stockdale Rd. North Bay is being charged with Robbery, and was held for a bail hearing.

BREAK ENTER & THEFT
North Bay Police have two persons in custody following an investigation of two persons allegedly seen fleeing a Break & Enter in progress at a business on Dree Street on November 7. Police had been investigating recent copper thefts from businesses, when they spotted the suspects fleeing a business. Police have recovered a quantity of copper wire and a wheel- barrow in the area of the theft.
Gilles Paul Desrosiers, age 43, of Four Mile Lake Road, North Bay is charged with Break & enter & Theft, and is being held pending a bail hearing today.
Gisele Marie St. Jean, age 49, of Laurentian Avenue, North Bay is charged with Break & Enter & Theft, and Possession of Marihuana. She was released on a promise to appear in court January 04, 2011. Cst. Buchanan, Marshall, Martin, Joe Whitehead, and Elia are all involved in this investigation.

MORE THEFTS OF COPPER WIRE
On November 7, Cst. Martin and Cst. Wall, while on patrol of areas where copper thefts had been occurring, observed two suspects fleeing a concealed pick-up truck in the area of Commerce Court. A 40-year-old male was captured after a 30-foot foot chase and arrested. Two spools of copper wire were recovered from the pick-up truck. Ivan Peter Seguin, of McIntyre Street East, North Bay is charged with Break Enter & Theft and is being held pending a bail hearing.
