BUSY WEEKEND WITH DRUNKS Officers with our service were kept busy with people who wre intoxicated on the weekend. Officers arrested 8 such individuals and lodged them in cells overnight.

Officers with our service were kept busy with people who wre intoxicated on the weekend. Officers arrested 8 such individuals and lodged them in cells overnight.

ARGUEMENT WITH KNIFE

On the 26th of May it is alleged that a woman took a large knife and threatened another woman with it. This was as a result of an argument that was taking place within a North Bay home.

Cst. Ken Rice and Jim Kilroy of the North Bay Police were called and attended. The officers located the accused several blocks away a short time later. Angele MARIER 21 years old of North Bay is chaeged with Assault, Threatening and Weapons Dangerous.

SHOPLIFTERS CARRYING WEAPONS

On the 27th of may during the afternoon hours store security spotted 2 teenage thieves steal an article at a local mall. Once the boys left the store they were arrested. They were eventually searched while in custody and were found to have hidden on their persons metal pipes.

A 17 and 15 year old male youths were both charged with Theft Under and Carrying Concealed Weapons. Both are scheduled to attend court on the 22nd of May. Cst. Greg Dix was the investigating officer.
