STRANGE COINCIDENCE DUPLICATED

The North Bay Police Service has received another incident similar to the strange coincidence release that was made on the 25th of March involving a residence in the 100 block of Sixth Av.
This last occurrence took place on Monday the 24th of March at approximately 10:30 AM.
A man matching the identical description of the one mentioned in the 1st release (male white, in his 20s, husky, round face with a Fu Manchu Moustache and wearing a black jacket with red trim)
attended a home in Parkwoods Villa on Highway 11 North and inquired about trailers and a vehicle that had not been for sale.
The man talked his way into the home on the pretext of wanting to buy one of the outside items and eventually asked to use the washroom.
Upon leaving the owners of the home checked the washroom and noticed that all of the drawers had been gone through. They also noticed that the man drove a dark brown Toyota motor vehicle.
Our Police Service is cautioning the public not to let strangers into their home without a legitimate excuse and certainly not to let them use a washroom.
It should be noted that the first home mentioned (Sixth Av.) was broken into shortly after the visit.

Anyone with information on this crime or any other are asked to call Near North Crime Stoppers at 478-TIPS (8477) or 1-800-222-TIPS (8477)
