Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 190 calls for service that resulted in 10 arrests. Offences included assaults, sexual assault, possession of prohibited weapon, mischief, breach of court orders, and public intoxication.

Robbery
At 2:20 am on 25th Mar a taxi picked up a man and a woman on Cassells St at First Ave. When they were on Lansdowne Ave at Anne St the male, who was sitting behind the driver held a knife to the driver’s throat causing a cut to his neck. When the driver reached for his neck he received a cut to his hand. Money and car keys were demanded and given to them. The man and woman then fled towards Algonquin Ave. The investigation is continuing.
