STOLEN KEYS IN B&E
Overnight on March 18 thieves forced their way into an apartment building office located in the 300 block of Lakeshore Drive. Once inside the thieves removed master keys to the entire complex. It will cost $2000 to replace all keys for the tenants.

SUSPICIOUS STOP
On March 4 a woman was driving home to Callander. It was 2:45 AM on Pinewood Park Rd. when a dark vehicle stopped her. This vehicle had red flashing lights in the back window. A male wearing a tacky hat with a badge then approached her and asked her questions, and then left. He also wore a parka. Although this appeared to be a uniform of sorts, it was not a police officer's uniform. This vehicle is further described as possibly having four doors.

Anyone with information on this crime or any other is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 476-8477.
