THEIF CAPTURED On the 26th of July at approximately 2:00AM, Cst. Tom Robertson of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male youth in relation to incident involving the male who was allegedly searching through cars in the Victoria St. W area.

On the 26th of July at approximately 2:00AM, Cst. Tom Robertson of the North Bay Police Service arrested a male youth in relation to incident involving the male who was allegedly searching through cars in the Victoria St. W area.
The 17 year old youth is charged with Trespass by Night, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation. He is to attend court at a later date.

THREATENS DEATH

On the 26th of July at approximately 11:00PM, Csts. Steve Trahan and Ken Rice of the North Bay Police Service attended a local bar where a male had allegedly threatened the life of another male.
Allen MCGRATH, 40 years old of Lovell Dr. is charged with threatening and is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

BREAK AND ENTER

On the 26th of July at approximately 5:30AM, the victim was woken up by a noise coming from the basement of the residence. The victim observed a male walking out the side door with an item under his arm and tackled him but the male managed to escape.
The male is described as 6’0, dark pants, dark shirt with a ripped jacket and hat that
occurred from the struggle.

SCARED OFF

On the 27th of July at approximately 8:00PM, unknown suspect broke into Sunset Park Public School through a window. When the suspect entered the school the alarm sounded and the suspect fled through a door so no items were stolen

THEFT FROM CAR

On the 27th of July between 6:00 and 7:30PM an unknown person entered the victim’s unlocked motor vehicle that was parked on Memorial Dr.
The suspect stole 2 cell phones, a man’s watch and a black wallet; items were valued at approximately $1000.00.
