FIGHT

On the 18th of July at approximately 9:00PM it is alleged that an altercation took place between a large number of people within the city.
It is further alleged that one of the combatants stabbed the other in the back of the neck.
The victim was brought to North Bay General Hospital for treatment and was released.
The North Bay Police Service arrested several individuals involved in the altercation.
Tina KIBKEE, 31 years old of no fixed address is charged with Assault with a Weapon, Assault Causing Bodily Harm and Breach of Probation and remains in custody for a bail hearing.
Dennis HUDSON, 31 years old of no fixed address is charged with Assault with a Weapon is to attend court at a later date.
Roger FAUBERT, 55 years old of no fixed address is charged with Assault with a Weapon and remains in custody for a bail hearing.

ATTACKED

On the 18th of July at approximately 10:30PM, Csts. Tom Robertson and Kris Corbeil of the North Bay Police Service attended a local residence where a male had attempted to retrieve some personal belongings. It is alleged that he became enraged and began punching a couple of the victims, elbowed another one in the mouth and squeezed the face of another. The male also threatened to kill everyone in the residence.
Cole MCCARTHY, 24 years old of Golf Club Rd in Powassan is charged with Assault X 4, Threatening X 5 and Breach of Recognizance and was held in custody for a bail hearing.

INTOXICATED

On the 19th of July at approximately 1:30AM, Csts. Steve Trahan and Roger Drolet of the North Bay Police Service were called to attend to a residence within the city regarding an intoxicated male to be removed from the residence. While attempting to remove the male it is alleged that a quantity of Marijuana was located on the male.
Donald NICHOLLS, 42 years old of Main St. E. was charged with Possession of Marijuana and Breach of Recognizance X 2. He was held in custody for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT

On the 20th of July at approximately 2:00AM, Csts. Alain Bedard and Aimee Wilson of the North Bay Police Service attended a local Pub to an altercation between two males. The altercation was alleged to be unprovoked which resulted in one male punching the victim three times in the right eye.
Christopher COME-EGAN, 19 years old of Cartier St is charged with Aggravated Assault and is to attend court at a later date.

STOLEN TRUCK

On the 20th of July at approximately 3:00PM, a 2003 Ford F250 Pickup was stolen from the waterfront on Memorial Dr. in North Bay.
The burgundy vehicle with Ontario plate 235 4VR is further described as having chrome rims, tinted windows and a locking box.

BREAK AND ENTER

Between the 18th and 20th of July it is alleged that a residence on Martin St. was broken into through an unlocked basement window and an assortment of items were taken.
The various items were jewellery, watches, coins, and credit cards.
